Not many were built, apparently.  Here's one that was:  

. . . on a (longer wheelbase) Vitesse chassis.

Note how 15" wheels on the factory car make it look like an American Jeep(TM)
while 13" wheels on the Vitesse chassis make it look more like a Mini-Moke(TM).
